Cooperation is the most important type of interaction because not everyone can do everything by themselves. You also get more done working with other and the results benefit more then just one person and bring people together.

Exchange is a very important type of interaction. Nobody can do everything by themselves, that is why its important to exhange various things (information, supplies, ect.). This leads to a more efficient collaboration in the workplace.

I believe that cooperation is the most important because more people are working together. In real life, the more you get along and work with people, the easier it is to do certain things. As long as the people have the same types of thoughts there should not be any types of issues. The more people work together the better life will be.
